Meet Our CEO - Alma Hernández
I started Market-Good after watching too many nonprofits and small startups get priced out of quality marketing. Having worked across law, education, media, and nonprofit leadership, I've seen firsthand how essential strong messaging and visibility are for mission-driven organizations, and how often cost stands in the way. With degrees in Broadcast Communications, Social Work, and Marketing & Communications, I bring both the strategic skills and the understanding of what a mission actually means to the people behind it.
My career has taken me from producing award-winning media to managing full-scale campaigns, leading marketing departments, building digital strategy, and teaching social policy at the university level. That range of experience is what shapes the work I do now through Market-Good: marketing that's accessible, effective, and built to help organizations tell their story and grow their impact.
